Diversity programs

In addition to executive search activities through which our clients make concrete efforts to increase the number of (top) women in their organization, we also guide clients with diversity programs to achieve gender balance in their management and management teams within a certain period.

For example, our clients believe that the era of talking and meeting about the usefulness and necessity of diversity and inclusion (with respect for all good intentions) should be over and that it is time to actually take steps to achieve gender balance at every level of their organization.

Experts predict that feminine qualities in particular will be the future competencies.
