What we do?

  • We conduct extensive executive recruitment assignments for (end) responsible positions from Euro 100,000 (on target earning). 
  • We have an exclusive focus on women. Therefore, we do not place men! 
  • We work industry-independent. 
  • We take a substantially different approach than the regular executive search agencies with an intensive search and selection process. 
  • We guide our candidates intensively during the process. 
  • We invest a lot of time, apart from concrete positions, in getting to know talented women and actively advice the in interesting next steps. 

We are also available to find female candidates for the filling of supervisory positions.
